The state of Hawai’i has announced plans to re-open September 1 and will implement a pre-travel testing option for trans-pacific travelers to Hawai’i as an alternative to the 14-day travel quarantine. With the safety of our guests and staff
being our top priority, we will be following the latest CDC recommendations for social distancing as we resume operations.
During these times of uncertainty, we understand how important it is to have peace of mind when booking activities. Our standard cancellation policy has always been simple. Should your plans change, and you need to reschedule to cancel your
trip, let us know at least 24 hours prior your scheduled activity date and we can change dates or provide a 100% refund. On the day of your activity, if you have a fever and are not able to join us onboard, a full refund will be given. As times
are ever-changing, we will continue to be flexible and accommodating to our guests.
